Charging port repair at your location in Riyadh

A secondary service beside screens and batteries. Many “won’t charge” cases are a cable or lint. If the port is damaged, we repair it in front of you.

A technician comes to you anywhere in Riyadh

A charging fault is alarming and often not a board fault. A worn cable or lint in the port breaks contact. We start with simple causes, then decide whether the port needs cleaning or replacement on site.

Common causes

  • A cable or charger broken internally with little to see.
  • Lint and dust blocking the pins.
  • Bent port contacts after repeated insertion or moisture.
  • A battery that refuses charge or drops it quickly.
  • A software hang that a restart sometimes clears.

Try this before you call

  • A cable and charger you know are sound.
  • Gentle cleaning with a non-metal tool and good light — no force.
  • A restart.
  • Another wall outlet and USB port.

If charging returns with another cable, the phone is not the problem. If it still fails, the cause is likely inside.

When the port itself is at fault

Charge only holds at a certain angle, the port feels loose, debris will not come out, the phone heats when plugged in, or it has seen liquid. Those visits are for a technician: clean or replace in the same appointment after you approve the cost.

Slow or intermittent charging

Slow charging is often an under-powered adapter, a poor cable, or heavy use while plugged in. Drop-outs are often lint or contacts starting to fail. Never insert a metal tool into the port.

Cost

Inspection is always free. The price is stated in front of you after we see the device and before any work starts. It depends on the model and the part type. We do not publish fixed figures. You pay only after the phone works.

Questions

How long does the repair take after the technician arrives?

A battery replacement is usually the shortest job and is completed in the same visit, often within minutes to around half an hour depending on the device. A screen replacement typically takes a little longer, depending on the model and the condition of the frame. We do not advertise a fixed minute count; the technician states an expected duration after inspecting your phone.

Is the inspection free?

Yes. On-site inspection is free. The price is stated in front of you before work starts, and you pay only after the repair and after you confirm the phone works.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash, mada, Visa, STC Pay, Apple Pay, and bank transfer. You pay after the device is working. We do not charge in advance for the inspection.

What should I prepare before the technician arrives?

Back up the phone if you can. Clear a flat, well-lit surface. We do not need your passcode except for a test you choose to run after the repair. If the battery is swollen, do not press the phone or place anything heavy on it.

When is a repair not worthwhile?

If the logic board is damaged, or several faults appear after a heavy drop or liquid, the parts cost may exceed the value of the phone. We say so plainly after the free inspection. You can decline the work with no charge for that inspection.

Do you look at my data or ask for my password?

No. We do not ask for your passcode or Face ID unless you choose to unlock a feature yourself so we can test the repair in front of you. The code stays in your hands. We do not copy data or browse the contents of the phone. Inspection is limited to the agreed fault.
