This policy applies to the ELmuhandes service of Asimat Al Istirad Trading Establishment when you request a mobile repair in Riyadh.

1. Information we collect

• The name and phone number you message from.
• The location or district you send so the technician can arrive.
• Device type and fault description, which may include a photo of the damage.

2. How we use it

• To schedule the visit and dispatch the technician.
• To contact you about the booking.
• We do not sell or rent your information. Only the assigned technician sees your number and pin in order to complete the visit.

3. Data on the phone

We do not ask for a passcode or Face ID unless you choose to test a feature after the repair, and the code stays with you. We do not copy data or browse the contents of the phone. Inspection is limited to the agreed fault.

4. Retention

We keep contact details as needed to complete the service and honour the part warranty, then we limit further use. We do not build a marketing file from your phone’s contents.
