iPhone screen replacement at your location in Riyadh

A technician comes to you anywhere in Riyadh and replaces the screen in front of you. Original-spec and aftermarket options are explained before anything is fitted.

A technician comes to you anywhere in Riyadh

A cracked corner is not the same as coloured lines that spread day after day. Some screen faults are cosmetic. Others threaten the touch layer or let in dust. This page covers the signs, how an on-site replacement works, and what to expect for Face ID and True Tone — without claims we cannot stand behind.

Signs the screen needs replacement

Not every scratch justifies a new screen. These signs mean the damage is functional:

  • Fixed vertical or horizontal lines, or a coloured blot that grows.
  • Dead touch in one zone, or ghost touches that fire on their own.
  • Ink bleed: a black patch spreading from the impact.
  • Glass sharp enough to cut a finger or admit dust.
  • A black or flickering panel while the phone still receives alerts.

Treat these early, before the touch layer fails or moisture enters.

How the visit works

Send the model, a photo of the damage, and your pin. The technician arrives with parts, matches the panel to your device in front of you, and states the cost before opening the phone. Fitting is done in the same visit — home, office, or any suitable place in Riyadh. You test touch and brightness before you pay.

Original-spec or aftermarket

An original-spec screen is closer to factory colour, brightness and touch. A high-quality aftermarket panel covers daily use at a lower cost and may differ slightly in brightness or colour. We present both. Nothing is fitted without your approval. ELmuhandes is independent and not affiliated with Apple or Samsung.

Face ID and True Tone

Face ID depends on the original front hardware, which we handle carefully. True Tone may not survive some aftermarket screens; we tell you if your model supports it before fitting. We do not guarantee every factory feature with every panel type.

Does a cracked screen harm the rest of the phone?

Broken glass lets in dust and moisture. Faulty touch can send random commands and drain the battery. Sharp edges cut and spread with every press. Waiting usually costs more than an early replacement.

After the new screen

A proper glass protector and a case with raised edges reduce the next break. If it drops again, deal with it before moisture reaches the inner layers.

Cost

Inspection is always free. The price is stated in front of you after we see the device and before any work starts. It depends on the model and the part type. We do not publish fixed figures. You pay only after the phone works.

Questions

What is the difference between an original screen and an aftermarket one?

An original-spec screen matches the manufacturer’s colour, brightness and touch behaviour, and usually lasts longer in daily use. A high-quality aftermarket screen works for everyday use at a lower cost, and may differ slightly in brightness or colour accuracy. We explain both options and the cost in front of you before fitting anything. We are an independent workshop, not affiliated with Apple or Samsung.

Will Face ID and True Tone still work after a screen replacement?

Face ID depends on the original front hardware in the phone, which we handle with care. True Tone may not work with some aftermarket screens; we tell you that before fitting if your model supports it. We do not guarantee every factory feature with every screen type; we explain what to expect for your specific device.

How long does the repair take after the technician arrives?

A battery replacement is usually the shortest job and is completed in the same visit, often within minutes to around half an hour depending on the device. A screen replacement typically takes a little longer, depending on the model and the condition of the frame. We do not advertise a fixed minute count; the technician states an expected duration after inspecting your phone.

What is the warranty, and what voids it?

Replaced batteries carry a one-year (12-month) warranty. Other replaced parts carry a 6-month warranty. Both cover manufacturing defects in the fitted part. The warranty is void after a later break, liquid damage, clear misuse, or if another workshop opens the device after our visit.

Is the inspection free?

Yes. On-site inspection is free. The price is stated in front of you before work starts, and you pay only after the repair and after you confirm the phone works.

Do you look at my data or ask for my password?

No. We do not ask for your passcode or Face ID unless you choose to unlock a feature yourself so we can test the repair in front of you. The code stays in your hands. We do not copy data or browse the contents of the phone. Inspection is limited to the agreed fault.

What should I prepare before the technician arrives?

Back up the phone if you can. Clear a flat, well-lit surface. We do not need your passcode except for a test you choose to run after the repair. If the battery is swollen, do not press the phone or place anything heavy on it.
